• Reviews and Study the Structural and Architectural Plans provided by the clients in every start of the Project.
• creates 3D models (LOD100-250) through applications of skills and knowledge of BIM software such as Autodesk Revit
Structure and Architecture.
• Creates 3D Model with expected quality within the delivery time schedule.
• Coordinates with the Chief, Sub chief and co-modelers for the missing information or details for a better workflow.
• Quality checking of Model and drawings to make sure of achieving the Standards are set in the project.
• Fully coordinates models with other disciplines using Navisworks, ensuring Models have limited clashes.
