• This position is responsible for the management of the local Account Management team, mentoring local staff and assisting them achieve their personal targets.
• Establishing strategic relationships
• Negotiating and closing deals via email and when required call/ IM
• Analysing and completing due diligence on a range of businesses
• Working with the local management team strengthening the brand and company culture in our Manila office
• Working with a global team and being the local point of authority and contact for account management
• Writing and preparing sales documentation including prospectuses and presentations
• Managing team leave requests and general attendance
• Mentoring team members in their individual roles
• Managing local team recruitment
