HR & Administrative Executive

•Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment process,
•Coordinating job posting on Web site, Screening resumes, performing telephone interviews and reference check,
•Conducting HR interviews by making first call for the interview to determine the time and date,
•Creating job offers and update DB accordingly,
•On-boarding process, offering and contracting new hires,
•Checking the completeness of all the hiring credentials & Proceeding with all the hiring documents including contract, social insurance form no 1,
•Coordinate the social insurance process with the company lawyer,
•Following-up process of opening the bank accounts of the company’s employees after three months from hiring,
•Recording data into the HR database and personal files and keep them up-to-date in order to facilitate HR processes management,
•Responsible for Payroll process; Review time sheets to calculate absence, punishment, working hours, vacations & permissions of the employees (According to Egyptian Labor Law) in order to ensure accuracy, compliance and on time payments,
•Determines payroll liabilities by calculating income, taxes and employer's social security, and worker’s compensation payments,
•Draw up monthly pay slips for all staff, editing and updating the necessary data, in order to ensure the punctuality and accuracy of staff payroll,
•Administer compensation and benefit plans,
•Responsible for updating Holidays Balance and Disciplinary Actions Database.
•Handle End of Probation and Contracts Renewal,
•Handle personnel, social & medical issues and HR letters,
•Responsible for Starters, Leavers, Transfers, promotion and termination issues,
•Handling and following up employee's daily issues and report them to the management,
•Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization,
•Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance,
•Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures,
•Implement cash management procedures in order to ensure the highest control and security, and ensure cash availability,
•Assist the Executive manager in the prevision of monthly treasury and planning in order to ensure the coverage of daily needs, advances on salaries, payroll, etc,
•Responsible for office supplies management/Purchasing/stationery supply,
•Administration of petty cash and expense reports.
