Duties & Responsibilities

1. Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
2. Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment

5. Host in-house recruitment events

9. Staffing and Recruitment – The primary functions of human resource managers involve the recruitment and retention of skilled and qualified employees. The task involved in executing these functions include preparing a job description, interviewing potential candidates, extending employment offers and discussing compensation packages.
10. Training and development – The training and development of employees is crucial to their professional success. Ensures that have the time and materials to learn about the company’s processes and methods; she/he must also carry out the function of teaching employees about the legal and cultural differences in their new environments.
11. Must understand how to accomplish the various administrative tasks that come with overseeing the bigger work force. He/she often act as the buffer between management’s decisions and the impact on employees. 12. Administers compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.

14. Analyzes statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.
15. Conducts training needs to design employee development, language training, and health and safety programs.
16. Conducts exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
17. Develops, administer and evaluate employees’ work attitude and problems, and behavior.
18. Strengthens the relationship between the management and the employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
19. Uphold and maintain company’s belief and culture and attends and address employee’s grievances and labor case should the need arise.
20. Attends and monitor site employee’s accidents and monitor if there are confinements and hospital cases.
21. Attends labor case and update its schedule and employee’s grievances.
22. Provides current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion.
23. Responsible in monitoring in a timely and proper organization of 201 file and maintain its confidentiality.
24. Manage and oversee all maintenance of all property equipment’s and office operations.
25. May perform other task that is being asked by the immediate supervisor.
