The internship is meant to equip young graduates with basic and advanced skills and knowledge in the international development space. Interns are taught data analysis using Excel, SPSS and R softwares.
It also includes tasks on project implementation in different areas of international development including peace building and conflict resolution, private sector governance, human rights etc.

I also liaised between the committee and its government and NGO partners.
