As a CSR, I receive calls from subscribers and cater their concerns regarding on their account. I escalate them to the appropriate Tier if it is beyond my level and expertise but I also make sure to cross-sell and pacify the irate subs before the call ends.

As a company Frontliner, I make sure that every customer that walks-in gets what they wanted. I offer alternatives and cheaper options for them as I believe that customer satisfaction is the best reward you can get. I handle Petty Cash, Invoicing, LTO Processing and Inventory for the same company.
