Supervising & monitoring subcontractors’ mechanical works to meet timeline milestones. Mechanical department representative for company toward client. Current Project: PEPSICO Production Line Removal & installation for maintenance. Removal phase had been successfully accomplished. Setting a working plan about removal phase timeline Coding line parts, cutting conveyors, measure heights. Documenting all data on hardcopy layout and computer softcopy. Taking pictures for daily activities and process during working day for daily report. Improving performance, productivity and efficiency for removal works to increase speed when production line installation.
