Assistant Manager

• Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space.
• Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
• Manage schedules and deadlines.
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
• Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
• Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
• Cash handling (managing petty cash and also all the bank transactions).
• Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.
• Manage security arrangements of office premises and ensure that all security and safety controls are in place.
• Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g. electricians, Carpenters, Welders or Civil Contractors.)
• Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.
• Assist in Planning events and making travel arrangements
• Dealing with all government departments and local agencies such as. Wapda, Wasa, Ptcl, City District Government, Police Department and Courier Agencies on various matters when needed.
• Ensuring unintereputed supply of utility services in office as Electricity, Water, Telephone, Stationery, Furniture etc.
• Ensuring that all staff wears proper uniform according to dress code.
• Handle all administrative tasks and issues related to Guest House such as procurement, repair & maintenance, security, etc.
• Once in a month take out all the Subordinates on Dinner to discuss the issues and rewarding the best employee of month on their performance base.
• Security clearance of Class IV Staff including office boys, janitorial Staff, Gardener, drivers and Security Guards.
• Responsible for the maintenance and documentation of all the office vehicles like (Token tax, Registration and Route Permit for commercial vehicles).
• Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services.
• Address employee’s queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements).
• Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
• Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
• Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
• Organize office operations and procedures.
• Provide General Support to visitors.
• Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
• Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
• Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences.
• Ability to overcome complex situations and take quick decision consistent.
• Moreover sharing my ideas to improve Customer Services for the good profile of company.
