I have been working in a BPO (callcenter) industry for 10 years now. Currently I am affiliated with Convergys (Synnex Concentrix), working as a customer service representative. Aside from being a customer service representative, last 2018, I was given the chance to be part of the training and leadership team. And also before I worked as a technical support representative in a different call center company.
