Continuously drive for efficiency, improvements and excellence in service delivery. Responsible for the acceptance of new nodes, services, features in the network and the agreed process.
Define the processes that should be applied to assure quality in work carried out on the field including deployment and maintenance activities.
Regularly review and update the work processes.
Check that the defined processes are followed in the execution of maintenance activities for both active and passive nodes. Introduce checks to ensure people, processes, tools, procedures, systems and inputs to the maintenance and deployment processes meet the minimum standard required.
Regularly evaluate the subcontractors involved in the delivery to ensure they possess the capability and adhere to the right standards to assure quality. Owning of the governance model and driver of excellence

I carry out Quality Audit on radio and switch installations.
I carry out Quality Audit on civil works installations.
I generate reports based on the audits.
I use results of reports and from other auditors to check and improve contractors' performance.
I manage contractors and co-ordinate equipment delivery to site.
I co-ordinate acceptance test procedures for various projects.
I do tracking and logging of project issues and risks in the issues and risk logs and escalating to management.
I assist project managers to whom I report, analyze the report, summarize and highlight slipping milestones.
