I was hired as a Flight Delay Specialist in one of the number one Airline company the world which is Singapore Airlines. Our job is to contact passengers to arranged their flight, reschedule, and process refund if their flight is delayed or cancelled. After 1 year and 6 months I was promoted as a Team Leader. My role as a leader is to encourage my staff to work as a team, provides direction, instructions thru feedback and coaching twice a week per staff and guide them to be the best team in the company, which we did for four consecutive months.
