• As Sales Reservation (Travel Agent) we get client inquiry and send to their email about the quotation of their flight/travels and hotel accommodations. Also assist them
about their Booking, Cancelations, and Refunding.
• As Sales Reservation (Travel Agent) duties/responsibilities comprise of coordinating international and domestic travel reservations for airlines, hotels and other travelling needs.
We also accountable for preparing and issuing invoices related to retail travel sales and operating automated airline reservations and ticketing systems. In addition, we need to sell retail travel, handle customer inquiries and complete related paperwork.
