Intake specialist is responsible for handling possible claimants of SSDI benefits offered by SSA in US . We are assisting them,answering all their questions about technicalities about their benefit claim and creating their initial application through phone call.
This job is very risky since we are handling sensitive information for evry claimant like their SSN that we need to get from them on top of that is the fact that its very hard to gain their trust and get their SSN over the phone which i have handle for a long period of time working in this company
