Worked as Finance Manager for World Vision Advocacy Forum (WVAF), Kathmandu a national non profit and non governmental organization. As a Finance Manager, overall financial management of organization & successfully completion of projects was main responsibility. I have successfully completed the projects titled “ Breaking the Barriers: Safeguarding the Rights of Girl Infants” funded by EC with partnership of CWIN, CREHPA & ICDI, “Nepal Ex-Kamaiya Education and Poverty Alleviation Project” with support of DFID since 2013. The project titled "Go International" funded by EC in partnership with Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI) and Centric Austria International (CAI) (Jan 2013 to Jan 2015), "Enhancing transitional Justice Process in Nepal" funded by UNOHCHR/UNDP & “Enhancing Cultural Diversity for Dignity and Development of Indigenous Communities in Nepal Project" in partnership with Institute of Governance and Development (IGD) and 3 IPOs NTGA, GTNC and NCA funded by European Commission (EC) were also completed successfully as project finance officer (from 15 Oct 2010 to 31 December 2012). Besides, inspecting the other projects was also performed by me.

Major task and responsibility:
• Maintain proper book keeping in Quick Book
• Set up effective budgetary and financial control system in respect of financial guide lines of project.
• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation
• Preparation of quarterly financial report in time as per project needs and cash requisition as well
• Coordination, fellow up and to keep nice relationship with partner organization in the view of finance and administrative.
• Update financial, logistic and administrative work.
• Keep up date and ensure the compliance of legal requirement, financial document as well as administration supporting.
• Review and analysis the expenditure through budget variance.
• TDS deduction and ensure deposit to tax office in time and online submission
• Active engage in conducting trainings and regional & national workshop
• Process for procurement; to prepare invitation letter for quotation, collection of quotations from vendor, preparation of comparison chart of quotation and approval from procurement committee.
