i. Supported the result area “Livelihood’’ by Coordinating with Government line departments/stakeholders regarding the implementation of GIZ Community Development Fund (CDF) mechanism
ii. Coordinated with FATA Secretariat and Political Administration regarding the implementation of CDF mechanism of FDP livelihood component
iii. Prepared progress reports required by GIZ or counterparts : FATA Secretariat, Political Administration and other stakeholders
iv. Prepared presentations for the meeting or missions
v. Coordinated with other components of GIZ FATA Development Program for information collection for combined reports
vi. Coordinated with technical consultants, facilitating partners and other implementing partners for data collection to prepare reports
vii. Preparing the terms of reference for facilitating partners and supported the procurement process
viii. Set reporting standards for the reports of facilitating partners, technical consultants and other implementing partners
ix. Permanent liaising and coordinating with the counterpart in FATA Secretariat including relevant line departments and other projects in the region
x. Facilitated the functionality of the CDF Committee in coordination with Social Welfare Department FATA and Political Administration
