The very first company that I've tried to be interviewed and luckily got accpeted on my first try, was this company! I've been there for 1 year and 3 months as a Customer Service Representative with 3 skills- chat, email and phone call. I belong on a speacial team where we handle occasional, regular and High-Valued Sellers on their selling activities and their bills. Even if it was my first job, I've pressured myself to do better than the tenured ones and became one of the Top Agents as I got good stats and perfect attendance. I was also trained to be a Subject Matter Expert to assist newbies and tenures who needs help while studying on the same time.

Benefit Advocate

2018/05～ 2018/10

The second company who trusted me was the company which was formerly called United Health Group which is now called, Optum. I was one of the benefit advocate for the US citizens on their medical insurance. My daily tasks were to answer queries about the benefits of their medical insurance, locate the nearest hospital in their area, find best doctors or specialists they may need and etc. The length of my stay there was a bit short as I was very desperate to graduate which is why I've sacrificed leaving my job and focused on studying for 6 months! I'm happy and proud that I've made it which is why I'm looking for an opportunity with you guys! I hope to work with you soon! :)
