• Working as a Business Development Pre-Sales Business Analyst, looked after different projects ranging from Software development, Call Center to Digital marketing
• During my usual day, I would be looking for potential new clients, generating sales leads, helping the team(s) with the preparation of relevant presentations & demos.

• Tasked with running continuous analysis and then streamlining the whole process of incidents and requests regarding use of application software or hardware, namely Microsoft Azure and Office 365 queries.
• In light of the analysis, solutions to optimized business performance along with business productivity were suggested. Suggestions mainly based on results-driven from GAD analysis, SWAT analysis & Human Capital Management.
• Presented the developed policies/SOPs to top decision makers of the company (line Manager and CTO) to streamline the newly developed Service Desk/Help desk department and got them approved and implemented.
