-Managing a Costumer Support team on social media for Colgate Palmolive Latin America.
-Responsible for Support in about 90 pages, including: twitter, instagram and facebook.
Responsibilities of the position:
-Solve the doubts of the clients to the first contact. Monitor, detect and report any situation that could be considered an alert for the brand.
-Control the operation indicators: Response time, level of interaction, tone of voice, grammar and quality of responses in general.
- Perform daily quality control and guide the team to possible improvements.
-Create and carry out weekly trainings with the team.
- Conduct disciplinary proceedings with the team, when necessary. Interview and selection of new social media for the team when needed.
- Ensure proper functioning of the tools used by social media.
-Manage communication with advertising agencies located in the United States, Brazil and Mexico, providing feedback regarding the performance of the campaigns and receiving information regarding new campaigns.
-Create and bring interaction ideas to social media, which could have a positive impact on followers by establishing an emotional connection with the brand.
-Maintain and mediate the relationship between Colgate Palmolive, Conduent and the Advertising Agencies.
