Quantium Solutions is an eCommerce logistics service provider which is a member of the Singapore Post Group of Companies. I was exposed to the working environment of a Japanese firm and had the opportunity to employ Japanese language in the workplace.

Key responsibilities:
o Logistics management by utilizing the company’s digital software
o Inventory control through dealing with incoming delivery goods and keeping detailed physical records of the quantities/qualities of deliveries received
o Working closely with senior colleagues to ensure management of incoming goods are up to par

Product and Services Marketer

[1 week event in March 2017]
I was tasked to market AIA’s insurance products to a specific target group of people and secure quality ‘sit-downs’ through the use of promotional offers and free gifts.

Key responsibilities:
o Utilizing effective marketing strategies and promotional tactics to secure customer interest
o Establishment of good communication skills to identify potential clients suitable for the products offered

I was tasked to provide quality customer service and ensure diner’s satisfaction. I was also delegated simple marketing responsibilities and exposed to effective product promotion tactics.

Key responsibilities:
o Execution of effective sales and communication skills in order to promote certain products and increase brand recognition
o Employment of good teamwork with fellow staff to ensure customer satisfaction
