*) Maintain and improve process for submitting and renewing course, providers, permit, instructor etc. of different verticals (Real Estate, Food & Beverages, Insurance, Public Accountancy, Power & Utilities, Proprietary Commission, Technicians & Electricians, Career Training Programs CTP) approvals by working with regulators at state and federal regulators.
*) Making of BI'S (Business Intelligence Reports) of above mentioned verticals.
*) Coordinate with other departments to research the required information for renewing the courses and proprietor licenses.
*) Maintain a system for documenting, tracking and managing all regulatory filings.
*) Execute on the renewal roadmap, and keep a track upcoming renewals and the ones that are under review.
*) Provide all documentations and fulfill all regulatory requirements for any external audit conducted by the regulators.
*) Proactively submit the forms for address change, director change etc. to the regulators to keep their records current for any changes within the organization.
*) Build regulatory business intelligence document with extensive and comprehensive research.
*) Prepare marketing restriction guidelines under regulatory frame-work.
*) Research on regulatory websites for targeted areas of compliance.
*) Competitive analysis
*) Prepare other articles, reports, and presentations
*) Prepare, maintain, and update website materials
*) Manage and respond to project related email
*) Provide ready access to all experimental data for the faculty
*) Collect and analyze data
