1. I was involved as a investigator of several maternal and child health related research projects in Bangladesh
2. I developed qualitative tools (In-depth and KII guidelines) along with also consent forms and monitored quantitative data collection in the field and communicated with multi-stakeholders to conduct interviews.
3. Organizing data collection team and training them on data collection for health facility assessment for obstetric and newborn care services in different districts in Bangladesh through extensive field visits in rural and urban areas;
4. Conducted Policy Research of HR unavailability for 24/7 EmONC (Maternal and child health) services.
5. Organized meeting and workshops of health care providers in district level and policy actors and stakeholders in national level health sectors (e.g. MoHFW, DGHS, DGFP, DNS, BMA etc.)
6. Developed tool to assess current Medical Waste Management (MWM) system in both district hospital following Govt. MWM guideline and draft report preparing on this.
7. Expertised on qualitative data collection, editing, coding and analysis as well using Microsoft office, SPSS, Atlas ti etc.
8. Submitted many reports and carried out the responsibilities to organize meetings and dissemination program to share the study findings.
