Support to IDPs, both in IDP Centres and in private households. Development of livelihood recovery projects. Close collaboration with local Red Cross Society, including capacity building, contacting beneficiaries, creation of list of beneficiaries, Post Distribution Monitoring, etc. Representing the ICRC in front of external stakeholders, and communication with relevant authorities

Portfolio Manager for 3 main projects of Mission East in Tajikistan, covering gender, disability, rehabilitation, livelihood and capacity building for both partners and Mission East staff. Projects supported by Danish Government, Norwegian Government and EU. Projects implemented in western and south parts of Tajikistan. Close work with external partners, including INGOs, NGOs, non-formal groups, UN and government representatives. Grants support to local organizations for implementation of projects in the field of disability, support services, education and livelihoods.
