Budgets and Management Reporting:
* Preparation of management reports on actual against business plan.
* Provide monthly profit/loss statement to the Director.
* Prepare numerous ad-hoc financial reports for management.
* Manage process flow to record & reconcile expenses against income and provide regular management reporting.

Financial Processing:
* Process accounts payables, obtain payment authorities, record & prepare for payment, process online payments and records payments.
* Providing regular creditor and debtor’s reports/age analysis.
* Prepare & send invoices to customers and clients as required.
* Records and follow up on debtors, maintain expected payment dates on QuickBooks, receives & records payments accordingly
* Actions regular reconciliations of all bank accounts
* Maintain the Asset Register & Depreciation Schedule.
* Prepares the company’s books for Annual Audits exercise with the external auditors.
* Monthly remittance of VAT, WHT etc.

Payroll Management:
* Prepare monthly payroll, obtain approval and process payment.
* Produce & issue pay slips.
* Maintain all payroll records.
* Process leave records & accruals.
* Remittance of PAYE, pensions, NSITF etc.
* Prepare yearly Payroll reconciliations.
* Support all other employer payroll related requirements.

General Administration Duties:
* Managing office stationary supplies.
* Responsibility for hotel reservations and arrangements for visiting clients
* Organizing transport for guests and staff as necessary.
* Keeping other team members informed of issues affecting them.
* Escalating all issues to the MD as appropriate.
