- Accurate data entry of applications through loan system (Mercury, Apply Online and LoanNet (for Liberty apps)) - Notify mortgage brokers of any outstanding/missing information/documents to make sure it fits lenders policies.
- Find solutions for brokers on new enquiries by doing brainstorming among team members.
- Do follow ups with lenders to ensure that documents have been received and deals are settled on time.
