▪ Assuring Bank reconciliation versus payment release
▪ Managing the Petty cash of a flat of up to 50 million .
▪ Correspondences, confirmation and relationship management with bankers.
▪ Prepare suppliers invoices for payments
▪ National Cash management and Expense control in line withpolicy in place
▪ Transfer funds to suppliers MoMo account.
▪ Management of audit control and follow up of all related audit point for clearance from audit report.
▪ Management of Third party payments - Shareholders and government bodies
▪ Submit and manager the payment process ensuring all payments are checked signed before payment.
▪ Ensuring payment confirmation are handled in a timely manner.
▪ Interlocator between MTNC and SSH
▪ Management of supplier emergency payments.
▪ Online banking operations with standard chartered S2B, CITI bank and ECW.
