• Design project scope outlining main features and functionalities, timeline and cost for app Development (iOS, android & website), as well as utilize PowerPoint template to create a proposal for client
• Coordinate with the design and development team for project development, project kickoff, delivery of alpha and beta build, sketching wireframes, prototype, themes as per project scope.
• Design and execute marketing plans and publish material to supervise project progress, incorporate feedback from client, bug fixes, and real time enhancements, and assure project deployment over online stores.
• Maintain project schedules, work breakdown structure (WBS) issue/decision logs, meeting summaries and status report to ensure effective, ongoing communication across all team members.
• Post deployment performance analysis and monitoring with case study, stats and tools such as MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Initiated use of JIRA management tool for effective implementation of tasks reducing implementation time and improving efficiency
• Initiated use of Invision prototype tool for creating wireframe and prototype
• Trained and groomed new joining employees in the department
