Full-fledged data management of the client which includes data collection from various online sources as well as the client’s data file, migrate all historical and current data to new platform.

Collaborate with engineering and business team to understand data and reporting needs, discuss the technical feasibility of the reporting needs, and to formulate data delivery plans and timelines.

Develop different types of reports (table, charts, graphs) using BI tools and perform quality checks of reports to ensure quality delivery. Perform periodic data gap and data quality analysis and proactively communicate findings to ensure high availability of data.

Provide database support and write SQL queries, and create reports in collaboration with other systems engineers and software developers.

Use Google Analytics to gain additional insight into a client’s e-commerce business, and define areas of opportunity and conduct market research and collaborate with team members to stay up-to-date on search engine marketing (SEM) trends, Amazon trends, and industry changes.

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Gather and process both structured and unstructured data in a way that is useful for analysis. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities. Deliver to and communicate with team members and client on/offshore effectively, regularly, and professionally
