Handles the preparation of payroll of employees
Handles the preparation of payroll voucher
Prepares the monthly aging schedule of receivables and payables
Handles the preparation of monthly remittance of statutory liability like salary withholding tax, expanded withholding tax, monthly Value Added Tax
In charge in updating and computing of commercial loan of the company to avoid from penalty
Monitor the cash position in the company in all bank accounts to avoid from overdraft
Prepare Cash receipts and sales receipts for monthly basis
Prepare and monitor the monthly account receivables
I also worked as their Internal Auditor to monitor and Audited the Financial Accounts of the company for some discrepancies and anomalies of some employees
