• Identifying new approaches and solutions to business issues identified through analysis of processes including effectively communicating and working within a cross-functional global team.
• Supporting the Product Manager with Business Process information to drive ERP implementation efforts
• Coordinating with stakeholders to support business process redesign in line with the ERP solution and technology capabilities
• Translating business requirements into functional documentation of solutions for process improvements, system integrations, and analytics
• Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed Business Process diagrams and detailed functional specifications
• Creating documentation and training materials and assist with organizational change management, including post go-live support team.
