-is responsible for identifying program Participants, conducting social preparation activities, and coordinating with necessary stakeholders I order to identify and implement proposed project.
-is also responsible for facilitating the development of project proposals for implementation of livelihood interventions, as indicated by the target participants, community stakeholders, and available livelihood opportunities.
-Conduct data gathering and economic opportunity analysis.
A. Complete proper profiling of target participants
B. Coordinate with local stakeholders as development partners (including but not limited to government, non-government, private sector institutions, community as well as sectoral representatives); and
C. Conduct social preparations for the target participants.
-Identify and Implement livelihood intervention project through the following:
A. Consult with the program participants and other community stakeholders to facilitate the identification of appropriate and integrated interventions packaged into project proposals
B. Facilitate Capability-Building activities for the target participants
C. Undergo project proposal review and approval process for the identified projects.
D. Implement livelihood interventions based on the approved project proposal, in coordination with community stakeholders and partners.
E. Provide technical assistance on the implementation of income generating projects of the program participants.
-Conduct Operations monitoring through the following:
A. Periodic reporting of activities conducted, and number of participants served per projects and morality (at least once a month)
B. Facilitation of identification and implementation of supplementary interventions.
-Performs other related task as may be assigned by the supervisor.
