Was handpicked by the management to be the 1st sales apprentice to spearhead the official launching of Alabang 2 sales team. And now sales team is the biggest department in Alabang 2 consisting of more than 30 sales apprentices.
Provide coaching sessions for sales outliers identified which include but not
limited to tactics like skill transfers, DFMs, and follow up according to team specialization. Worked closely with team leaders in doing follow ups after coaching and skill transfers. Timely update of Sales Score Board and weekly update of Sales Corner when assigned. Complete monthly Phone Time Requirement and should be at 40% Agent Productivity. Provide updates during leader huddles on new promotions, lead offers, or any Sales related knowledge items. Send End of Day reports daily.
Act as Team lead in events that TL is on leave or absent with Sales Leader and OM
approval only.
