- Managed Peace and Development Programme with sub-project "Cross border cooperation Kyrgyzstan-Tajikistan: natural resources and conflicts" (in partnership with UNV, UNICEF, WFP), managed 10 permanent and more than 30 local and international consultants (approximate annual budget of the Program varied between 2 mln. USD)
- Analyzed political and conflict trends including the regional context: political risks for development, emerging issues/ trends, underlying causes of conflict (including terrorism and counter-terrorism actions), etc;, administered and supervised research projects, initiated and formulated strategic and development initiatives and projects, provided quality policy advice,
- Carried out quality assurance role with regards to programme implementation, designed and introduced monitoring and evaluation system with tools,
- Create strategic partnerships and mobilize resources for peace and development initiatives/ projects
- Facilitate knowledge building and management, and communicate peace and development results
- Lead the process and provide strategic guidance to local and international experts and Government counterparts to develop and launch policies, processes and institutions responsible for conflict prevention and peace building

• Assisted with conflict prevention strategy design, drafting concept notes and proposals for resource mobilization, analyze information on potential donors and prepare donor profiles, ensure proper documentation and codification (knowledge management) of programme methodologies and experiences for wide dissemination and institutional memory; drafting program documents, logical frameworks, work plans and budgets, monitoring and evaluation
• Managed grant portfolio: facilitated the process of drafting grants manual and guidelines (explored various resources), assessed project proposals submitted by NGOs and provided technical consultancy to ensure fulfillment of standard procedures, including procurement, formalizing partnerships, in accordance with UNDP Rules and Regulations, M&E (around 30 field projects annually)
• Prepared knowledge management products, coordinated and communicated program results to wider public including through media (social media, press tours, TV programs, blogging etc)
• Provided strategic guidance with research, analysis and preparation of analytical reports, updates and briefings on peace and development analysis process, monitored and evaluated research projects executed by partner NGOs and analytical centers
