● Customer reception and assessing the vehicle damage and repair cost. ● Opening a transaction for the customer according to the police report as well as the customer request. ● Arranging a new estimation file with all the required papers in insurance cases and informing upon approval arrival. ● Following up appointments when there is some unavailability for parts or excessive workload. ● Handling customers upon sudden problems occurrence or regarding delays in promise dates. ● Checking vehicles with the insurance surveyor to explain the condition and the repairs related. ● Following up with customers and workshop to fulfill or even exceed customer expectations.● Training at the body and paint section , where i work side by side with the technicians to gain practical experience. ● Taking a full course on TOYOTA body, paint and basic mechanics as well as toyota technician.
