Responsibilities:

• supply and product flow management; supply and customer service projects management;
• all foreign economic activity management: import process, customs clearance;
• purchase plan calculation, orders management;
• stock management (optimization, stock analysis, warehouse activities control, minimization of the out-of-stock problems);
• processing orders, checking and coordinating delivery time with factories; delivery lead time optimization;
• controlling customs clearance execution by broker;
• sales forecast process management: cooperating with marketing, finance, commercials and Supply Chain in Paris; monthly calculation of procurement key performance indicators; Sales Forecast meetings organization and conducting;
• business and marketing strategy development (in cooperation with marketing team);
• logistic management of launches; informing and assisting marketing with planning of new product launches;
• price management, market analysis;
• product catalogue management and optimisation;
• coordination with technical department on certification and russification processes;
• CIS countries customer support: new clients autorisation, orders placement, shipments coordination;
• 2 persons team management: logistics specialist, CIS specialist
