Coordinated and planned presentation of undergraduate students in my post-graduation project as team co-workers.
 Flexible coordination of under-graduation team project and keynote speaker in my graduation project.
 Worked with many diverse staff members such as stakeholders, project sponsors, consultants, contractors and subcontractors in various positions to accomplish daily tasks and achieve project criteria and deliver satisfactory customer service.
 As a consultant, provided technical advice in kick off meetings and follow-up meetings with different departments and contractors for a better performance in construction field.
Created and implemented minutes of meeting, technical project forms for site inspections, material preparation and delivery, time schedule and cost estimation follow up
 Cost estimation, variation orders , cost control and contractors evaluation
 Coordination of works between different trades of contractors
 Distribute information to all stakeholders on time as a part of effective project communication
 Participate in risk identification activities required for risk management and scope sweep
 Focus on relationships between project success criteria ; cost, time and quality as a highest priority of clients
 Apply tools, techniques, management template for risk, cost, time, scope, and quality management in each process of the project.
 Review and approval of invoices as specifications, site works and contract.
