Sponsor Relations Officer
• Responsible for providing operational leadership for sponsorship in assigned Partners through developing staff capacities, supporting quality growth and accountability and ensuring sponsorship standards and guidelines.
• Assists in handling sponsor/donor visits in the community and at the Country Office
• Facilitates/conducts capacity building to Local Partner staff on sponsorship and program management
• Ensures that sponsor/donor relations and program activities are integrated and carried out within quality standards and acceptable timeframe
• Assists in conceptualizing and developing creative ways to promote meaningful children’s participation in program activities and enhance sponsorship experience and communications of sponsored children with sponsors
• Provide technical support to the Partner staff to ensure high impact communication processes that help retain existing and attract new sponsors
• Assists in planning, administration, coordination and monitoring of all sponsorship and program activities and communication requirements
• Ensures timely consolidation and submission of reports of the Local Partners sponsorship management performance
• Ensures that all reports and information to sponsors are well documented and shared according to standards
