I was a member to support branch office in Japan to communicate client's need, wish lists, software specifications and make sure an agreement for both sides between Taiwan office and Japan office regarding software detail specifications, delivery schedule and make it happen. To collect client's voices and needs, I often travelled to Japan to find out what differences for both sides and make presentations for both side's differences and what they really want and how to make it happen. I loved the job and learned many lessons, such as communications, pressure handling, positive thoughts and dig it whatever you can to make things happened.
