Impements a routine backup program

Manages third party network connectons and outsourcing arrangements

Plans schedule and coordinates current and future infrastructure requirements with I.T development and operations

Develop and implement business strategies for lounge operations that are aligned with the overall values of the organisation

Inspect lounge areas on an ongoing basis and take appropriate steps to ensure facilities meet or exceed company standards at all times

Respond to customers concerns
Keep current on the pulse of guests, constantly seeking opportunities to follow up on their experience.
