Duties and Responsibilities
A. Employee Documentation for Non-Teaching
- Contract preparation for new hires, and preparation of renewal contract for.
- Encoding and maintaining of employee data to payroll system
- Preparation and monitoring of Performance Evaluation forms for newly hired.

Timekeeping and Payroll Management for Non-teaching
- Active and inactive of non-teaching employees on payroll system
- Export and import of Logs for timekeeping and preparation of DTRs
- Printing and monitoring of DTRs for assessment on the deductions
- Encoding of filed leave, official business, and absence report of non-teaching on payroll system
- Preparation and encoding of deduction schedule to payroll system
- Preparation of Payroll control report
- Monitoring of Absences and tardiness
- Preparation of memo for proper implementation of sanctions as per policy
- Monitoring of leave credits
- Monitoring of Exit Clearance and Request for Monetary Benefits Claim of Resigned, end of contract employees (To be submitted to Accounting for computation)

B. Faculty Payroll Management (Per Semester)
- Sending of payroll cut-off notices to the School or College Deans / Heads for dissemination
- Active and inactive of faculty on payroll system
- Consolidation of submitted DTRs of faculties to be given to accounting department for computation
- Preparation of payroll control report
- Encoding of filed leave, official business, absence report of faculties on payroll system
- Encoding of deduction schedule to payroll system
- Monitoring of Exit Clearance and Request for Monetary Benefits Claim of faculties that are resigned or end of contract (To be submitted to Accounting for computation)
- Preparation of Classroom Monitoring Reports and scheduling of assessed CMR deduction to payroll system.

C. Benefits Management
- Responsible for initial processing of Maternity, Magna Carta for Women, Sickness, Hospitalization benefits
- Preparation of Absence/ Leave without Pay Report for Mid-year and Year-end bonus computation
- Assessment of Remaining leave credits of employees/ faculties for commutation
- Preparation of list of employees to receive Food coupons and Rice Subsidy.

D. Proper observation and checking of Classroom Monitoring Schedule every semester
