Working as sr. executive engineer for refractory application, assisting in making quotation for refractory supply, estimating the time & cost of application of refractory for a project, at the same time supervision at ongoing projects.

Projects Executed:

 Deputed at LUKOIL project, Volgograd, Russia for inspection of refractory. Providing consultancy to REFRENGE SA, and providing service to TECHNICAS REUNIDAS SPA. Inspecting the application of refractory at LUKOIL site. Inspection, necessary guidance for application, rectification of applied refractory (if any). The refractory application is in reformers, Flue gas duct, Taper ducts and stack.
 Quality inspection of Refractory lining in VCM plant, Reliance Industries Ltd, Dahej, Gujarat.
 Shut down in Essar Oil ltd in Jamnagar.
 R.G. Boiler replacement project in L&T powai, Mumbai for TCL Babrala.
 Inspection of Refractory lining in Convection Modules at Ningbo Liantong Equipment Manufacturing Co. Ltd, Ningbo, China.
 Shut down of GCU in Reliance Dahej.
 Shut down in TCL, Babrala. ATR-2016; shut down of equipments of Ammonia reformer viz- primary reformer, Cold Collector, Transfer line, Secondary Reformer, R.G. Boiler, WHR and service boiler.
 Supervision at Ningbo, china for convection modules.
 Supervision for Marjan Methanol Project at Asaluyeh, IRAN for complete Primary reformer.
 Supervision for Esfahan Refinery Project in Esfahan, Iran for complete heater.
 Supervision for Middle East Kimiyae Pars Co. Methanol project for complete Primary reformer. (In progress)
