SUMMARY of DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administration Supervisor
Grass roots all functions, forms, activities of the company in coordination with the group of companies standard operation procedures.
Oversees the Administration, Purchasing, Logistics, Sales, Human Resources and Tendering activities.
Attends to client's concerns and inquiries regarding to current and prospective accounts.
Assures that all things and actions are well coordinated internally and within the group of companies rules and procedures.
Scrutinizes document details prior getting approval from Managing Partner.
Sees that all information (soft and hard copies) are well sorted, filed, and distributed.
Responds to all emails pertaining to internal transactions, client's email, and new account queries.
Prepares quotations by carefully selecting items as per client's criteria, and initially computes items value in coordination with the Managing Partner decision.
Prepares submittals like pre-qualification documents, material submittals, and sample submittals.
Coordinates with suppliers from countries like Europe, America and United Arab Emirates for the prices and items availability.
Attends to logistics, and assures that all committed deadline of deliveries are met on time.
Prepares administrative, HR, Sales, Marketing, Tendering Logistics and Purchasing documents.
Formulates forms for all above mentioned activities.
