Senior Manager Procurement and Supply Chain Management

Lead the procurement & logistics components of project planning, proposal and PSM plan development, managing logistics service across the country for Directorate of Malaria Control and National TB Control Program;
Organize and manage a system for the selection, forecasting, quantification, procurement and distribution / supply of all health and non-health items i.e. LLINs etc;
Provide logistics guidance, advice and support to all local NGOs (implementing partners);
Development of guidelines for procurement of health and non-health items;
Assist Programme in purchase of all equipment and other materials in tendering or quotation purchase and other matters relating to procurement;
Coordination with Global Fund, IDA, GDF and other procurement agents for timely delivery of products, coordinate with DRAP and Ministry of commerce for clearance of international procurements;
Ensure the quality assurance of products from receiving at central level to last mile i.e. facility level, involved in the pharmacovigilance activities.
