3. Provides costing for company’s standard and customized products
4. Promptly address inquiries of Sales Department on Pricing and product specifications
5. Updates pricing template databases
6. Keeps database and files of request for quotations and special projects
7. Does product research involving product development or enhancement among others
8. Provides product design based on client specification using Auto Cadd for standard and customized items
9. Operates Vertex software as needed
10. Acts as coordinator for the Technical Department
11. Reports directly to the Technical Department Head
12. Does additional tasks as assigned by superior

Technical Support (Documentation and CAD)

1. Providing as-built CAD and equipment layouts.
2. Preparing technical drawings for TSSR (Technical Site Survey Report).
3. Preparing all submittable to submit as required technical documents.
4. Preparing Restricted Area and Work Access documents.
5.. Systematically arranging and saving soft copies of all technical drawings &
documents for present & future for reference & use.
