I am currently working as a Call Center Supervisor for almost 4 years now. I have handled several accounts that focuses on Customer Service. I am handling a team composed of 15 agents. Part of my daily task is to be 30 minutes earlier than my agents to secure their working stations, attendance and send new communications and performance update on their email. I create action plans to drive the team performance and deliver client-required targets. I develop my agents through consistent coaching sessions. I motivate and encourage my agents to come to work everyday and also guide them towards their professional growth.
