Executive Development Engineer

Working as an Executive Engineer in Product Development Department of Supply Chain Division.
On and Off Site Learning:
Localization of parts to achieve targets and cost benefits.
Study and Analysis of drawings/standards received from HML.
Negotiation with vendors/suppliers for development of new parts.
Provide technical assistance to vendors/suppliers during development process.
Coordination and communication with Quality Control Department, Material Operation Department, Production and other cross functional department.
Raise Purchase Requisition (PR) and Prices change requests (PCR) and negotiate with vendors/Suppliers.
Project BH115, BH116 (Euro II), and BH120 buses Localization Activity (from pre-development activities to Regular Supply).
Responsible for all technical matters related to Engineering Development Board (EDB), correspondence, development of production plans and input/output ratios for all brands of Daewoo Buses.
