Duties: Assist the Japanese Engineers in planning strategy and formulating policies for evaluation / review and monitoring of the new ideas for development of company’s New Model Electric Vehicle. Conduct data analysis and decision making to support raw material supply and finished goods demand. Assist company executives to communicate and relay information / details to production line staff members of the company and vice versa. Lead the transaction of company documents (Design drawings) from Japanese to English and vice versa. Interacts with shop floor management on daily basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing inefficiencies or additional information as requested from Manufacturing, customer service and Accounting.
