 To entertain and counsel all Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL) problematic applicants over the counter.

 To inform members regarding their MPL problems (lacking documents, discrepancies, etc.).

 To update in computer for monitoring purposes MPL problematic file (every action taken).

 To follow-up thru letter, FAX & telephone memos of request for transfer of members’ contributions and loan balances to regional offices.

 To analyze, receive, reproduce and attach to applications all replies and tickets from branches and regional offices.

 To review all problematic applications before refilling (update requirements).

 Verification of MPL checks.
 To update problematic applications to Electronic Data Processing Div (EDP). (prepare transmittal and fill up the following information, to correct name).

 Printing of MPL checks and PACSVAL (ATM) account & CITIBANK.
 To perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
