o Agile methodologies, JIRA, Scrum team managing.

oUnderstanding all the work process of the large project including Dev, QA and BA related tasks.

Tasks and responsibilities
oCreating issues in JIRA for the tickets that has not been assigned to the platform and Mtech Project.
oManaging JIRA Board tickets, assigning issues and started new sprint with the MCCP Master backlog.
o Managing JIRA for setting mail and access control for new team members.
oPreparing confluence pages (Platform of the Atlassian for the project related tasks; annual trip count , ticket assignee members, CCP roster member details, work progress diagrams and project seat planning diagrams.
oPreparing weekly confidential report about the team working tasks with the overall details in total assignee tickets, unassigned tickets, platform project assignee details, Fixable-Dev, Fixable- QA, Clarification pending tickets.
o Creating Excel report for data validation.
oMonitoring and reporting on sprint progress and summarizing the Defect View Report with the details of the sprint progress including Design View, Code Review, Unit testing outsource component testing reviews of the developers, E2E test manual and E2E test automation review details of the QA Engineers and conformance test of BA.
oAnalyzing outstanding bug counts and following the resolutions with the JIRA Tickets.
oIdentifying test-scenarios with the automation testing experience with the Selenium open source tool.
oBug verification and management: sending the bug report ticket to the development team and assigning the fixes to the QA team.
o Product ticket management; Closed product tickets are validated by the corresponding solution and transited to validated state, and transited LSE (London Stock Exchange) tickets to resolved state in the product.
