Duties/Responsibilities:
Perform test on Web based & Desktop applications, Business reports and Dashboards.
Perform test on web application integrated with e-commerce site.
Share feedbacks with customer on applications if necessary.
Test Customer specific Stylesheet on different platform for web and Mobile version.
Perform Requirement analysis and Test Plan writing, feasibility studies and business dependency.
Reviewing technical documentation such as operational guides and manuals, technical reports and specifications.
Managing, writing and executing test cases to cover user stories.
Reporting and verifying bugs using an automatic defect tracking tools.
Follow quality assurance processes and procedures to assess efficiency, validity, value and functional performance of
computer systems and environments.
Performed on different type of testing based on product requirements.
Using internally developed automated tool in testing.
Adding input in process improvement.
Participating in the discussion with stakeholder to control issues and activities as well as requirement analysis of the
software.
Use SQL database to manage customer data to generate report in Pentaho business analytical tool.
Use VSS to keep track of test cases and other useful resources for test cycle.
Manage 3-4 members team in testing Business reports, Dashboards and web applications.
Share feedbacks in team appraisal.
Participate in weekly Overseas Meeting with Product Manager.
