1. Co-ordinate with vendors to settle seasonal projection as per capacity and update to UK part.
2. Negotiate prices with vendors & Buying Team, also fixed the price with vendor as per Buying Price.
3. Sourcing new fabrics, accessories & design as per design team requirement also fixed the cost of Products & update to UK Part.
4. Counseling factories as per new specifications to ensure optimum efficiency as per customer requirement.
5. Review tech pack and distribute to vendors and continue follow up for development sample & Product cost.
6. Conduct pre-buying meetings with suppliers & fixed the price prior to sign off meeting in the UK.
7. Assist Buying Team to finalize the price of products during meeting with vendor.
8. Build up a comprehensive data base of local costs working with trim, yarn & fabrics.
9. Set Style-wise TNA plan for Production merchandisers and track production status through weekly meetings with the factories as per shipment schedule.
10. Prepare style review meeting with QA team to sort out critical styles at beginning of every season, so that concerned QA can aware of key issues in bulk.
11. Ensure selection and development of product suppliers who have the capability and capacity to make product in line with agreed timescales and quality standards.
12. Co-ordinate shipping of goods locally by liaising with local freight forwarders & ensure to UK part goods warehouse in-house schedule
